Modality
- Individual Therapy – This is a one-on-one session between the patient and the counselor. It promotes the emotional health and growth of the patient.
- Group Therapy – A selected group of individuals will meet in order to discuss shared issues, process trauma, and solve problems together with the assistance of a therapist. The topics will vary according to the group’s goals.
- Family and Couples Therapy – These are sessions wherein couples or an entire family will gather to discuss issues and work on concerns together.
- Long/Short-Term Therapy – The duration of short-term therapy is three months or less while long-term therapy varies in length but is at least three months.
- Psychiatric Medication Prescription and Consultation – We provide consultations regarding the appropriateness of psychotropic medications.
- Case Consultation – We provide consultation and feedback to patients regarding their care and treatment.
We provide after-hours on-call availability for clients’ crises. Our clinician will be available 24 hours a day to address any crisis that may occur. You can contact us for more information.
