A $75 fee will be charged for any no-show appointments. A no-show is defined as a patient who fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation.
Patients must notify the practice at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment time, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
Patients are allowed to reschedule their appointment without incurring any charges if they notify the practice at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the practice reserves the right to reschedule the appointment and apply the appropriate cancellation fee if necessary.
